By using Prime Taxi Hub services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive unless stated otherwise. No additional charges will be added without your prior agreement. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may be chargeable at our standard rate.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full fare.

4. Flight Delays

We monitor flights and will not charge waiting time for delays caused by the airline, provided you have given us your flight number at the time of booking.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are responsible for their conduct during the journey. We reserve the right to terminate a journey and charge the full fare if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Liability

Prime Taxi Hub shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey.

7. Lost Property

We are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. If you believe you have left property in one of our cars, contact us immediately and we will do our best to recover it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
