See where your transfer stands — confirmed, car arranged, on the road or completed.

We ask for a contact detail as well as the reference. References run in order, so without it anyone could read anyone else’s booking.

What the statuses mean

  • Confirmed — we have your booking and are arranging a car.
  • Driver arranged — a vehicle is assigned. Driver details reach you shortly before pickup.
  • On the road — your journey is under way.
  • Completed — the journey has finished.
  • Cancelled — the booking will not go ahead.

Why we ask for two things

Booking references run in sequence. If a reference alone opened a booking, anyone could count upwards and read every guest’s name, route and travel date. Asking for the phone number or email on the booking keeps it yours.

Where are my driver’s details?

Driver name and number are sent directly to you shortly before pickup, not shown on this page. If your pickup is close and you have not had them, message us on WhatsApp or email info@primetaxihub.com.
